YVPEJ系列变频电磁制动电机

YVPEJ通常是指变频调速电磁制动三相异步电动机，并非超频电磁软启动电机。以下是对YVPEJ电机的介绍：

- 结构组成：YVPEJ系列电机是由YVF2系列变频调速电动机与电磁制动器组合而成，是全封闭自扇冷式鼠笼型具有附加圆盘型直流制动器的三相异步电动机。此外，制动器还具有人工释放机构。

- 工作原理：当制动线圈接通直流电源后，由于电磁力作用，电磁铁吸引衔铁，并压缩弹簧，使制动盘与衔铁和电机端盖的摩擦面脱开，电机即可正常运转。当制动器线圈的直流电源切断后，电磁铁失去电磁吸引，弹簧把衔铁推出压紧制动盘，制动盘受到衔铁和电机端盖的两个摩擦力矩作用，迅速刹住电机转轴，使电机停止转动。

- 性能特点

- 调速范围广：电机调速范围为5（3）-100Hz为无级调速，5（3）-50Hz为恒转矩调速，50-100Hz为恒功率调速，在矢量控制的条件下，调速范围还可以扩大。

- 快速制动：能实现电机失电后快速制动，快速制动时间YVPEJ-63-100电机小于0.2s，YVPEJ-112-132电机小于0.25s，YVPEJ-160-250电机小于0.5s。

- 过载能力强：电机能承受额定转矩的160%过载，历时1分钟。

- 低速性能好：低速时转矩平滑，无爬行现象。

- 冷却效果好：电机采用了独特的冷却结构，使用特殊加长的轴流风机，保证了电机在低频恒转矩长期运行时温升不超过允许值。

- 应用领域：适用于机械、矿山、冶金、纺织、印染、化工、农机等需要无级变速又需要快速停机、准确定位的设备，可代替机械传动中的无级变速机。

-Working principle: When the brake coil is connected to the DC power supply, due to the electromagnetic force, the electromagnet attracts the armature and compresses the spring, causing the friction surface between the brake disc and the armature and the motor end cover to detach, and the motor can operate normally. When the DC power supply to the brake coil is cut off, the electromagnet loses its electromagnetic attraction, and the spring pushes the armature out to press the brake disc. The brake disc is subjected to two frictional torques from the armature and the motor end cover, quickly stopping the motor shaft and stopping the motor rotation.

-Performance characteristics

-Wide speed regulation range: The motor speed regulation range is 5 (3) -100Hz for stepless speed regulation, 5 (3) -50Hz for constant torque speed regulation, and 50-100Hz for constant power speed regulation. Under vector control conditions, the speed regulation range can also be expanded.

-Fast braking: It can achieve fast braking after the motor loses power. The fast braking time for YVPEJ-63-100 motor is less than 0.2 seconds, YVPEJ-112-132 motor is less than 0.25 seconds, and YVPEJ-160-250 motor is less than 0.5 seconds.

-Strong overload capacity: The motor can withstand an overload of 160% of the rated torque for 1 minute.
